Well-Being Beginner Yoga Class
The Well-Being Beginners Yoga offers an all inclusive experience in person, where you get all your wellness wrapped up in one for a discounted price! This class is a 6 week program that includes 12 classes, meditations, healthy snacks, refreshments, aromatherapy and self motivating activities.
Wednesday’s classes will be held promptly at 6pm to 7pm and Saturday classes will start at 11am to 12pm.
Beginners Yoga Come as you are and you will find that a yoga practice will help you become more flexible. This newfound practice will help balanced you by strength, coordination, and enhanced cardiovascular health, as well as build a sense of physical confidence and overall well-being.
Couples Yoga or partner yoga, is a practice that allows two people to relate to one another through assisted poses. From stretching your levels of trust to strengthening your communication, couples yoga can have a positive effect on your relationship that extends far beyond the physical.
Piyo is an infusion of pilates and yogo that will help the average student take their routine to the next level. We will use various body weight movements, free weight exercises, therapy band sequences and blocks.
Stretch and Flow yoga is a series of deep breathing, stretches and a flow of movements that will create heat, build your core and strengthen your muscles.
Rhythmic Yoga is flowing movements and asanas using deep breathing and the weight of your body to build flexibility and strength while listening to jazzy soulful music.

Note: maximum amount of attendees will be 10 persons for each class.
What you will need in Class? Comfortable stretchy clothing, a mat and a blanket if you have knee or lower back pain.
Amenities provided in class are water, tea, wine, aromatherapy scented cool towels.
