2024 Retreat Package at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall, Montego Bay

Take in 4 mornings with Lea and other like minded souls on a beautiful sandy beach, blue water, the smell of ocean water and birds singing...

While you experience individualized self-care plans, yoga, sound bowl healing, spiritual coaching, manifestation journaling circles and meditation.  Retreat Kits will be provided including personalized journals, water bottles, t-shirts and pampering kit. 

What you will need is 2 to 3 hours in the mornings from 8am to 10am (times may vary)

Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat or blanket, yoga strap and block if needed.  

Agenda: 1 hour of yoga, meditations, sound healing, 1 hour of manifestation journaling and 30 minutes spiritual coaching session.
