Well-Being Yoga Classes
The Well-Being Yoga offers an all inclusive experience in person, where you get all your wellness wrapped up in one.We offer healthy snacks, refreshments, aromatherapy towels and guided meditations.
Yoga Philosophy: Come as you are and you will find that a yoga practice will help you become more flexible. This practice is for all levels and will help balanced you by strength, coordination, and enhanced cardiovascular health, as well as build a sense of physical confidence and overall well-being.
Instructor: Lea J. Alston E-RYT 500. Lea has practiced being a yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching for 8 yrs. She is also a Reiki 2 practitioner, Spiritual Coach, Sound Bowl Practitioner, Aromatherapy practitioner, Natural Cosmetic Formulator Coach and a expert Travel Consultant. Lea loves teaching and is committed to sharing her knowledge with others.
Note: maximum amount of attendees will be 8 persons for each class, very intimate!
What you will need in Class? Comfortable stretchy clothing, a mat and a blanket if you have knee or lower back pain.
Amenities provided in class are water, tea, wine, aromatherapy scented cool towels.
