This retreat will allow you to:

• Rest and recharge through an hour of restorative sounds that will relax the body and reduce stress. Lie in a Restorative position with pillows and props allowing for deep relaxation.
• Let go of anxiousness and racy thoughts by letting the calming sounds of the crystal bowls bath session to refocus you on no one and nothing but yourself. 
• Connect, share and network with like minded soul in our sister circle.
• Enjoy the aromas of essential oils and a hot cup of tea or beverage afterwards.
